SHIPPING & RETURNS
Delivery charges - uk mainland.
If you place your rope order before 2.00pm Monday - Friday we will endeavour to despatch same day. If any items are out of stock we will notify you of any delays or recommend an alternative if possible. If you place your order after 2.00pm, we will still do everything we can to ship your product the same day if our carriers have not collected - our courier normally collects at around 3.00pm each working day.
We use a combination of parcel carriers and haulage companies to deliver your product on time. Many orders arrive within two days.

Return & Exchange Policy
All warranty claims are subject to an inspection by a qualified Supertag technician. Warranty claims should sent to Supertag at cost to the customer where on inspection, a full refund, repair, or replacement will be offered subject to a successful claim.
Returns/Options to cancel
We can not accept returns for custom lengths of rope, custom orders and orders that include any specialised work (including splicing) due to the customised nature of the product.
You agree to pay the postage/shipping cost to return the item to us. Please use a courier service or registered mail when returning items to us as we can not accept responsibility for items that do not reach us.
If you are however returning the items because they are damaged, faulty or in any way defective then we will refund the delivery and return fee on receipt of the goods and as soon as your claim is upheld.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
